Liz Haebe, President
Liz Haebe is a CAPPA-certified Labor Doula and DONA-trained Postpartum Doula living and working in the Portland area. She has been a doula for over three years and has served many families in that time. In addition to being the president of the Portland Doula Association, Liz is also the Doula Coordinator for two volunteer Doula groups: Gateway Doula Group and PDX Doulas. She recently completed a Full Spectrum Doula Course with Cornerstone and works as an independent contractor with Birth First Doulas. Liz is passionate about birth and helping families in one of the most vulnerable moments in their lives.

Genevieve believes birth is a container for parents to expand and transform into bigger, bolder versions of themselves. Her mission is to teach pregnant people to make the most out of their birth experience and step into parenthood with confidence.
Genevieve Rowe, C.D. is the owner of The Emotional Support Witch and a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Beaverton & Portland metropolitan areas. She also serves families as a placenta encapsulation specialist and certified childbirth educator. She serves as the secretary on the board of the Portland Doula Association. Nanu Saywon, At Large Board Member
Nanu Saywon is dedicated to walking alongside birthing people and their partners through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys. She brings an equity, patient-centered care and trauma informed lens to her work as a doula and believes that everyone has the right to an exceptional birth. Nanu is a SMC Full Circle Doula working in the Portland area. She has been a certified doula for over 3 years and has served many families in that time. She is the owner of Makandja Doula Services LLC and also serves on the Board for the Portland Doula Association.
